अवसर को पहचानो

कार्यो मे योग्य व्यक्‍तियो को कभी अवसरों का अभाव नही होता। ऎसे व्यक्‍ति छिपा नही रह सकता क्योकि ऎसे व्यक्‍ति की खोज मे अनेक लोग लगे रहते हैं। जो इस बात के लिए उत्सुक रहते हैं कि इस (व्यक्‍ति) से लाभ उठाया जाए। यदि योग्यता से सम्पन्न व्यक्‍ति अपने को छिपाने की कोशिश भी करे तो भी खोज लिया जाएगा और जिन्हें उस की अवश्‍यकता हो उनको कर्यो मे योग देने के लिए प्रेरित किया जाएगा। तो जीवन मे सफल होने का उपाय यह है कि मनुष्य अपने को कार्य करने के पूर्ण योग्य बनाये। संसार मे अवसरों की कोई कमी नही है हर समय कोई न कोई अवसर आप के द्धार पर खडा आप का दरवाजा खट्खटा रहा होता है। परन्तु उस अवसर(Opportunity) का लाभ उठाने के लिए अपने को पूर्ण रुप से तैयार करना होगा, प्रशिक्षित करना होगा। लेकिन उस के लिए अवसर (Opportunity) को देखने मे सतर्कता, अवसर (Opportunity) को पकडने मे व्यवहार कुशलता तथा साहस का होना अवश्यक है। अवसर के द्धारा पूर्ण सफ़लता प्राप्‍त करने के लिए अदम्य शक्‍ति और कार्य को पूर्ण किए बिना न छोडने का धैर्य - ये है ठोस गुण, जिस के द्धारा सफलता अवश्य प्राप्‍त किया जा सकता है।

डिजरेलि का कहना है ' जीवन मे मनुष्य के लिए सफ़लता का रहस्य यह है कि अवसर (Opportunity) के लिए हमेशा तैयार खडे रहें, जब अवसर (Opportunity) आये उसे पकड लें '। आलसी व्यक्‍ति को सुनहरे अवसर भी उन्हे उपहास्यपद बना देगा अगर उस को पकडने के लिए तैयार नही हो। जब कोई व्यक्‍ति किसी अच्छे पद पर आसीन होता है उस का कारण यही होता है कि कई वर्षो से उस की तैयारी कर रहा था, केवल इस लिए नही कि उसे परिस्थितियों का लाभ मिला है। किस्मत हमेशा उस की सेवा मे हाजिर रहता है जो उस के योग्य हो ।

रस्किन का कहना है जवानो का सारा समय वस्तुत: निर्णय, ज्ञानवृधि तथा शिक्षण का समय है। जवानी का कोई भी क्षण ऎसा नही है भवितव्याताओ ( होनहारों, भाग्य, किस्मतों) से कम्पित न हो; एक भी क्षण ऎसा नही है के जब वह गुजर जाए तो उस का निर्धारित कार्य फिर कभी हो सके। जब लोहा ठंडा हो जाए तो उस पर चोट के क्या माने'।

अवसर (Opportunity) तो मानव समाज की नीवों मे ही प्रस्तुत रुप से विधामान है। अवसर तो हमारे पास सब जगह है। हां इस का अधिक से अधिक लाभ उठाने के लिए अवश्यक है कि प्रत्येक व्यक्‍ति इसे स्वंय देखें और उपयोग मे लाए। प्रत्येक वयक्‍ति को इसे अपने लिए बनाना होगा, खुद बनाना पडेगा वरना यह कभी नही बनेगा। सेंट बर्नार्ड का कहना है 'मुझे मेरे बिना और कोइ नही बना सकता'।

अवसर (Opportunity) को बिगुल की आवाज कहा जा सकता है। यह सेना को लड्ने के लिए तो बुला सकता है परन्तु सेना को युद्ध जिताने का साधन नही बन सकती। यह स्मरण रखना चाहिए कि हम किसी भी क्षेत्र मे अपनी शक्‍तिओ का विकास करें, तथा जीवन मे विविध अवसरों के लिए अपने को प्रक्षिशित करें। प्रत्येक व्यक्‍ति जानता है कि कुछ क्षण ऎसे होते हैं जिन पर वरसों का भाग्य निरर्भर होता है। हमे यह भी हमेशा ध्यान मे रखना चाहिए कि अनुकूल अवसर कुछ क्षणों के लिए ही आता है। यदि हम उस क्षण मे चुक जाते है तो हमने न जाने कितनी साल व महिने खो दिए। किसी काम को करना वैसे तो केवल बीज बोना है। यदि सही समय पर नही बोया गया तो अंकुर नही फुटेगें। जिस नौजवान का मन कर्मशील है उस के लिए अवसर (Opportunity) पर अवसर है। कोई एक अवसर आखरी समय पर पकडने के लिए उसे दौडना नही पडता।


जीवन मे फैसला करने का क्षण अत्यन्त छोटा होता है, यदि हम सतर्क रहेंगे तो सफल अवश्य होगें। क्‍योकि सफलता और असफलता के मध्य अन्तर बहुत थोडा होता है और अन्तर करने वाली बात यही है।
